Please remember to add "Thermal Shipping" (item code 114878) to help protect your chocolates from heat damage, but we cannot guarantee that chocolate items will arrive safely over the summer months even if the thermal shipping option is used.
Christmas/Seasonal: German and European
This year we have an impressive selection of more than 1000 British and 500 European Seasonal items! Please do not wait to place your order as all Christmas and Seasonal items were pre-ordered from the manufacturers in June and cannot be replenished when items sell out. Seasonal stock will only start to arrive in October and November, but all the items on our website have been confirmed by our suppliers as available through the manufacturers for 2023. Occasionally we do not receive all the confirmed items because of damages, FDA detentions, or short shipments. If any of the items on your order are not available as anticipated, we will contact you, and depending on your preference will give a refund for the item or offer a substitute. Historically only less than 1% of our items do not arrive as planned.
Orders containing PREORDER items will only ship in their entirety once the order can be fulfilled, but no later than the date specified in the "Best by Date" field on the product page. Seasonal items/orders typically ship mid- to end of November. Please only add pre-order items to your cart if you are willing to wait for your entire order. If you need regular grocery items sooner, we highly recommend creating two orders, separating the pre-order items from in-stock items. If you purchase PREORDER items, please disregard the shipping notice you have received from us saying “YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.” This notice is generated automatically by the UPS system when the label is processed, and orders containing PREORDER items will only ship when all the items for the order are available, or on the date promised.
